Okay, yes I realize it’s ridiculous to pack back recycling via thousands of km of air travel… the carbon footprint of a bucket of yogurt gets impossibly silly. However, for a moment, let’s suspend purist cynicisms and realize that the plane was travelling the route with our without our 4 pounds of empty containers.
